Under Article 20 of the Constitution of the Republic of Türkiye, everyone has the right to request the protection of their personal data. This notice has been prepared by BV Sunrise Medikal, as data controller, under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform our website visitors, clients, suppliers, business partners and third parties.

Cookie data: Statistical data on website use, only if you consent.

3. Purposes of processing

Responding to quote, information and price requests about our products and services,
Carrying out sales, delivery, installation, training and technical service processes,
Taking and delivering consumables and spare parts orders,
Invoicing and fulfilling legal obligations,
Ensuring website security and preventing misuse,
Measuring website use statistically, if you consent.

4. Legal grounds and method of collection

Your personal data is collected through the contact and quote forms on our website, WhatsApp, email, phone and face-to-face meetings. It is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK — being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, the data controller fulfilling its legal obligations and the legitimate interest of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject — and, for analytics cookies, on your explicit consent.

5. Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above, to authorised public institutions under legal obligations, to our accountants and legal advisers, to shipping and logistics companies and to our hosting and email service providers. If you consent to analytics cookies, statistical data may be processed on Google LLC servers abroad.

6. Retention

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and the statutory retention periods in the relevant legislation; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if it has been processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction if it is incomplete or incorrect, request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the Law, request that these operations be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred, object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
